Brief Encounters, LLC ("BE") and our affiliates are committed to undertaking reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of all of the personal information that is provided to us. Member's Contact Information When you participate in a Brief Encounters event, you are giving us permission to forward some or all of the contact information that you provide to us, when you register with us, to any participants with whom you match. Such information may include, for example, your name, E-mail address and/or telephone number. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Statement, we will not forward your E-mail address, phone number or other personally identifying information to any other person, whether a participant at the event, or otherwise, without your prior permission. 4. Marketing We may use your personal information to send marketing communications to you. We may also share data with our affiliates. While most of our customers and website visitors appreciate receiving marketing communications and having their data shared with our affiliates, we respect the right of each customer and website visitor to control how his or her personal information is used. If you do not want us to provide your data to our affiliates, or if you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out when the data is collected.
